Article 1 – Price
1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. Regarding the price of the book, this is established in strict compliance with the Lang law 81-766 of August 10, 1981.
1.2 – In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and Overseas Territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the jurisdiction of Mfp Éditions. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
1.3 – Mfp Éditions reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of your order validation.

Article 3 – Confirmation
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 4 – Disponibilité

Article 5 – Shipping
5.1 – General
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
When you order several products at the same time and they are all available, Mfp Éditions will ship you all the products ordered with a single contribution to the processing and shipping costs. Processing and shipping costs are only charged once per order even if the order requires multiple deliveries or multiple packages.
We also invite you to regularly consult your online order tracking.
5.2 – Reserves
You must notify the carrier and Mfp Éditions any reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened, etc.). Depending on the cases defined in article 9 below, you can benefit from the exchange and refund conditions provided for in this article.
Article 5 bis – Indisponibility
The stock status is specified on the article presentation page. However, as stock changes rapidly, we may exceptionally find ourselves in a situation where the item ordered on the site has since been sold in our stores. You will then be notified by email and you will then have the option to cancel this order or confirm it.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment for your purchases is made exclusively by bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, other Cartes Bleues (Ecard bleue), or Paypal.

Our site is the subject of a security system.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
The exercise of the right of withdrawal is carried out, exclusively,

8.1 – In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 clear days from the dispatch of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from Mfp Éditions.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded; the return costs remain your responsibility.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the email sent to you by our customer service in return. of your request.

8.2 – Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for customizable books, audio, video or computer software recordings unsealed by the customer.
Likewise, digital versions of our products are not affected by the right of withdrawal.

Article 9 – Product conformity
We undertake to refund or exchange products that are apparently defective, damaged or damaged or do not correspond to your order. In this case, we thank you for reporting this in detail by email to our customer service. We will then tell you the procedure to follow. Mfp Éditions will exchange the product(s). Return costs will be refunded to you only upon presentation of original supporting documents. In any case, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, in particular those specified in appendix 1.
The stipulations of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in article 8.
Article 10 – Reimbursement
Reimbursements of products in the cases referred to in articles 8 and 9 will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days following the date on which the right was exercised. Reimbursement will be made by credit to the bank account of the invoiced customer.
